Upon each piece of parchment
That you have sent to me
I keep them always nearby
Each word heart's rhapsody

When days in life are lonely
I never feel the pain
Your notes of love are with me
They fall like gentle rain

Upon my heart forever
These sentiments you wrote
Will last for an eternity
Sweet softness they invoke

With ribbon gently binding
Each year of joy I knew
Today now bound together
My memories of you

Upon my heart is written
Each word you had to say
A testament forever
That never goes away

I see you sit before me
With love within your eyes
For me my heart's devotion
That never ever dies.
