Years we shared together

Live on in memories

For you were sweet and loyal

My finest treasury

Always there beside me

In each day that you lived

Brought to me such happiness

With all that you could give

A paw when I felt lonely

Your head upon my lap

Special way you looked at me

I'll remember all of that

For me you were perfection

In every single way

Forever I will miss you

But in my heart you stay

I think of you so often

With smile upon my face

Having you within my life

Filled me with such grace

Now you have crossed over

Within God's Rainbow Light

Forever on this journey

But always in my sight.
