Memories of yesterday
Forever I shall see
The way you held me closely
The way you danced with me

Little feet upon your shoes
The dance I won't forget
Seems like only yesterday
My heart so filled and yet

Yesterday's rehearsal
Now brings us to this day
Reflection of the love we share
It's always tucked away

So Daddy thank you for the dance
That lives within my soul
Reflections I shall always see
While down this aisle we stroll

Steps in life you shared with me
So many miles to measure
You'll always have a part of me
With joys in life we'll treasure.
